Egy korszak lezárása – 23 év az Agrofol Magyarország Kft. történetében

Vannak pillanatok egy vállalkozás életében, amikor meg kell állni egy pillanatra, vissza kell tekinteni az elmúlt évekre, és ki kell mondani: egy korszak véget ér.

Ezúton szeretném Önöket tájékoztatni, hogy az Agrofol Magyarország Kft. 23 évnyi működést követően, legkésőbb 2026. szeptember 30-án befejezi üzleti tevékenységét.

2026. október 1-jétől nyugdíjba vonulok, és mivel gyermekeim más szakmai pályát választottak, a vállalkozás családon belüli továbbvitelére nem kerül sor.

Ez a döntés természetesen nem egyik napról a másikra született meg. Egy 23 éve működő vállalkozás megszüntetése nem csupán gazdasági döntés, hanem egy hosszú, tartalmas és sok munkával járó életszakasz lezárása is.

Az Agrofol Magyarország Kft. 2003. szeptember 12-én alakult, műanyagipari termékek nagykereskedelmi forgalmazására.

Az évek során öt önálló márkát – AGROFOL, Rassel, Polifol, Polipak és AgroPak – építettünk fel: 5 üzletágban mintegy 45 termékcsoporttal és több mint 1500-féle standard termékkel.

Büszkék vagyunk arra, hogy már működésünk első éveiben sikerült olyan szakmai és üzleti alapokat teremtenünk, amelyekre a következő két évtizedben biztonsággal építhettünk.

▪️ ISO 9001 minőségirányítási rendszer

A cégalapítást követően mindössze másfél évvel, 2005. május 10-én szereztük meg az ISO 9001:2001 TÜV CERT minőségirányítási tanúsítást.

▪️ „Minősített Kamarai Vállalkozás” cím

2005. szeptember 30-án, alapos pénzügyi, jogi és szakmai auditot követően az Agrofol Magyarország Kft. elsőként nyerte el a Csongrád Megyei Kereskedelmi és Iparkamara „Minősített Kamarai Vállalkozás” címét.

▪️ Márkáink és piaci jelenlétünk kiépítése

A 2003–2012 közötti időszak elsősorban
= az öt üzletágunk termékválasztékának kialakításával,
= vállalkozásunk arculatának és márkaneveinek bevezetésével,
= piaci kapcsolataink kiépítésével, valamint
= elektronikus megjelenéseink fejlesztésével telt.

Ennek eredményeként több katalógust, kiadványt és üzletáganként önálló weboldalt, közösségi médiafelületet hoztunk létre, amelyek hosszú éveken keresztül támogatták üzleti és piaci jelenlétünket.

▪️ Telephelyeink és infrastruktúránk

2013-ban a meglévő Nagykereskedelmi Raktár és az úgynevezett Kézi Kiszerelésű Termékek Raktára mellett kiemelt feladatként kezeltük vállalkozásunk székhelyének teljeskörű műszaki és esztétikai megújítását is.

▪️ Pénzügyi és adózási megbízhatóság

2012. óta társaságunk köztartozásmentes adózóként, majd 2016-tól pedig a NAV által Minősített Adózóként működött.

▪️ A pénzügyi stabilitás elismerése

Mindig kiemelt jelentőséget tulajdonítottunk annak, hogy működésünk során tisztességesen, megbízhatóan és kiszámíthatóan járjunk el.

Fontos visszajelzés volt számunkra, hogy független szakértő szervezetek több alkalommal is elismerték vállalkozásunk pénzügyi stabilitását.

Ezek az elismerések azt igazolták, hogy vállalkozásunk építése során a megfelelő úton járunk.

▪️ MagyarBrands elismerések

A Polifol márka 2019-ben és 2020-ban is elnyerte a MagyarBrands Díjat a „Kiváló Üzleti Márka” kategóriában.

Különösen fontos szakmai visszajelzés volt, hogy az Agrofol Magyarország Kft. Ipari Csomagolófólia Üzletágának Polifol márkája két egymást követő évben is bekerült a legjobb hazai márkák közé.

▪️ A COVID-időszak

2020. március 11-én kezdetét vette a COVID–19 járványhoz kapcsolódó rendkívüli időszak, amely vállalkozásunk és partnereink működésére is jelentős hatással volt.

Viszonteladó kereskedelmi partnereink a veszélyhelyzet idején kötelezően bezártak, majd a korlátozások feloldását követően ezt a piaci szegmenset ismételten fel kellett építeni és újra pozicionálni.

A vállalkozás valódi értékét az emberek, a kapcsolatok, a bizalom és a közösen eltöltött évek jelentették.

Ezért számomra a legfontosabb eredmény nem valamelyik tanúsítvány vagy díj, hanem az a partneri kör, amely az elmúlt 23 évben mellettünk állt.

A vállalkozás működésének megszüntetésével ugyanakkor nem szeretném, hogy az elmúlt 23 év során felépített márkák és szellemi értékek egyszerűen eltűnjenek a piacról.

Tulajdonomban vannak az alábbi márkanevek és a hozzájuk kapcsolódó domainnevek, amelyek – megítélésem szerint – értékes lehetőséget jelenthetnek a műanyagipar, csomagolóipar, mezőgazdasági és kertészeti termékek, illetve a kapcsolódó területeken működő vállalkozások számára:

A márkanevek és domainnevek jogtisztán elérhetők, és teljes körű értékesítésükre nyitott vagyok.

Elsősorban olyan szakmai befektető, vállalkozás vagy piaci szereplő jelentkezését várom, aki lát fantáziát ezen márkák továbbépítésében, és azok múltjára, ismertségére, valamint meglévő piaci értékére alapozva képes lehet új fejezetet nyitni történetükben.

Szeretném, ha ezek a márkák nemcsak egy 23 éves vállalkozás emlékei lennének, hanem egy másik vállalkozásban tovább élhetnének.

The Closing of an Era – 23 Years in the History of Agrofol Magyarország Kft


Dear Business Partners,
 
There are moments in the life of a company when one must pause, look back on the years that have passed, and acknowledge that an era has come to an end.

I would like to inform you that after 23 years of operation, Agrofol Magyarország Kft. will cease its business activities by 30 September 2026 at the latest.

As of 1 October 2026, I will retire. Since my children have chosen different professional paths, the business will not be continued within the family.

Naturally, this decision was not made overnight. Closing a business that has been operating for 23 years is not merely an economic decision; it also marks the end of a long, meaningful chapter of life that has involved a great deal of work, dedication and commitment.
 
 

▶️ 23 Years – Some Important Milestones

 
Agrofol Magyarország Kft. was founded on 12 September 2003, with the primary purpose of wholesaling plastic industry products.

Over the years, we built five independent brands – AGROFOL, Rassel, Polifol, Polipak and AgroPak – covering five business divisions, approximately 45 product groups and more than 1,500 standard products.

We are proud that, already during the first years of our operation, we succeeded in establishing strong professional and business foundations on which we were able to build confidently over the following two decades.
 
ISO 9001 Quality Management System

Just one and a half years after the company was established, on 10 May 2005, we obtained the ISO 9001:2001 TÜV CERT quality management certification.
 
“Certified Chamber Enterprise” Award

On 30 September 2005, following a comprehensive financial, legal and professional audit, Agrofol Magyarország Kft. became the first company to receive the “Certified Chamber Enterprise” title awarded by the Csongrád County Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
 
Building Our Brands and Market Presence

The period between 2003 and 2012 was primarily dedicated to:
= developing the product ranges of our five business divisions,
= establishing our corporate identity and introducing our brands,
= building our business and market relationships, and
= developing our electronic and online presence.
 
As a result, we created numerous catalogues and publications, as well as dedicated websites and social media platforms for our individual business divisions. These supported our business operations and market presence for many years.

Our Facilities and Infrastructure

In 2013, alongside our existing Wholesale Warehouse and the so-called Hand-Packed Products Warehouse, we also placed particular emphasis on the comprehensive technical and aesthetic renovation of our company's headquarters.
 
Financial and Tax Reliability

Since 2012, our company had operated as a taxpayer with no outstanding public debts, and from 2016 onwards as a Taxpayer Qualified by the Hungarian National Tax and Customs Administration (NAV).
 
Recognition of Our Financial Stability

Throughout our operations, we have always considered it essential to conduct our business fairly, reliably and predictably.
 
It was an important acknowledgement for us that independent professional organisations recognised the financial stability of our company on several occasions.
 
The most notable recognitions included:

2017 – Bisnode A Rating Silver Certificate
2018 – Bisnode A Rating Silver Certificate

These recognitions confirmed that we were following the right path in building and developing our business.
 
MagyarBrands Recognition

The Polifol brand received the MagyarBrands Award in both 2019 and 2020 in the “Excellent Business Brand” category.

It was particularly valuable professional recognition for us that the Polifol brand of Agrofol Magyarország Kft.'s Industrial Packaging Film Division was selected among Hungary's outstanding brands for two consecutive years.
 
The COVID-19 Period

On 11 March 2020, the extraordinary period associated with the COVID-19 pandemic began, significantly affecting the operations of both our company and our business partners.

During the state of emergency, our reseller and retail partners were required to close their businesses. Following the lifting of the restrictions, this market segment had to be rebuilt and repositioned once again.
 
 

▶️  But all of these are merely numbers and dates

The true value of a business lies in its people, its relationships, the trust it inspires, and the years shared together.

For this reason, the most important achievement for me is not any particular certificate or award, but rather the network of business partners who have stood by us throughout the past 23 years.
 
 

▶️  An Opportunity for Continuation

At the same time, with the closure of the company's operations, I do not want the brands and intellectual assets built over the past 23 years simply to disappear from the market.

I am the owner of the following trademarks and their associated domain names, which, in my view, may represent valuable opportunities for companies operating in the plastics, packaging, agricultural and horticultural industries, as well as related fields:
 
AGROFOL – agricultural and horticultural films
Rassel / Raschel / Rashel – knitted and netted film products
Polifol – industrial packaging films
Polipak – converted film products
AgroPak – rigid-wall plastic products
 
The brand names and domain names are legally clear and available, and I am open to their sale as a complete portfolio.

I am primarily interested in hearing from a professional investor, company or market participant who sees potential in further developing these brands and, building on their history, recognition and existing market value, could open a new chapter in their story.
 
I would like these brands to be more than just the legacy of a 23-year-old company. I hope they can continue to live on and develop within another business.

It would be a particular pleasure for me if this could take place under Hungarian ownership and within the framework of a Hungarian company.
